How do we stay true to our values?
We went searching for materials rooted deep in diverse cultures around the world. Leather alternatives have high durability and high water/stain resistant. Plant based leather are sturdier and suffer minimum wear and tear.

Let’s learn some interesting facts about the materials we are using:

• Mashru is made from a gorgeous blend of silk and cotton which dates back to 16th It is primarily produced in the western parts of Indian and Punjab
• Jacquard also known as brocade is an intricate interwoven fibre material which dates back to 19th It is produced in Surat currently
• Jute is a supple fabric which is widely being used these days to craft It’s also called the golden fibre because of its natural golden shine. We at Vegac will be using premium quality Jute to make fashion more sustainable and versatile
• Ikat is an Indonesian decorative technique of tie dye and Today, it’s produced in Gujarat, Odisha and Telangana
• PU or PolyUrethane Leather(Vegan Leather) is an artificial leather made of polymers.

• Pearl work fabric is made from lustrous pearls interwoven with jute Pearls have always been an oriental heritage since it originated initially from china.
• Pinatex or Pineapple leaves Leather alternative is one of the most unique materials in the world and hits all the nature conscious tabs at It is produced from fibres extracted from Pineapple leaves and petroleum based resin and originated in Philippines
• Cactus leather is one of the cleanest sustainable leather alternative which looks so stunning on the products with its elegant look and sheen. It originates from Mexico and is produced with cactus leaves
• Fleather or Floral waste leather is engineered from waste Flowers and is proudly produced and manufactured in India.
